If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you
may return it for an exchange or online store credit. 
Sorry, we don’t offer full refunds on products. 
Mattresses can be exchanged only for another mattress,
no store credit.

Items must be returned in brand new condition, and not have been
worn, in order for Earth Folk to honor its return policy.

The shipping to and from Earth Folk is the customer’s
responsibility unless the product was somehow defective.
If you would like to process an exchange or credit you will
need to contact us by either phone or email and have your
invoice number on hand. 

 

Mailing Info

When placing your order please include your email address so that we can inform you on matters related to shipping times.  If the item(s) you ordered are in stock they will be sent same or next day.  If the item(s) are not in stock shipping times will vary.  We will try our very best to have all items that are not in stock to go out within 1-2 weeks, but for certain products and clothing this time frame will not be suitable.  Some of the clothing is hand dyed to order and this process takes time.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for mattresses.

What We Collect

Earth Folk only collects information that pertains to the processing of your order or our internal records.  Email addresses that are collected during the ordering process are used only for contacting you about your order and shipment times, they will not be shared with any third party. 

All mailings and newsletters are sent only to those who sign up to be on the Earth Folk mailing list, customers are not automatically placed on that list when placing an order.

All of the information collected is for ordering and shipping purposes only.
